Albert Najera

With over 34 years of coaching experience, Coach Albert Najera brings deep knowledge and leadership to our program. He has served as a General Manager for multiple baseball organizations and is the Owner of Believe Baseball, a faith-based organization in Dallas. Coach Najera has coached at both the high school and collegiate levels, including a standout tenure at Eastfield College, where his teams made back-to-back National Championship appearances. Most recently, he was an Assistant Coach at North Lake College in Irving. While Coach Najera has coached every aspect of the game, his primary focus and passion lie in hitting and fielding development—helping athletes refine their skills and play with confidence and purpose.
